Here is how you make Broiled CHICKEN:

In a deep pan add Chicken broth, add Adobo to taste. Season Chicken breast with a small amount of Adobo ( the flavor of the veggies and other seasoning will add flavor so just a little) Once water in pot is boiling add all your veggies and lay the chicken breast on top. Put the lid on and turn the heat on medium to low let the chicken slow cook for about 15 minutes depending on thickness. To test if chicken is well cooked cut in the center.
