Here is how you make Cuban Style Braised Fish:

Heat onion and garlic in large skillet about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, broth and olives and heat until simmering. Cut fish into 4 portions and arrange in skillet. Cover and cook until fish flakes with a fork, about 8-10 minutes. Place fish on plate and cover with braise then sprinkle with almonds.
