1 Tbsp. hot peper sauce
3 Tbsp. butter
3 cups corn flakes, crushed

Here is how you make Savory Potato Casserole:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 8 x 12 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a nonstic skillet over medium-low heat, cook the onion until soft, about a 6 minutes. In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion, potatoes, sour cream, soup, cheese, peper, and hot sauce. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saute pan, heat butter and add corn flake crumbs, cook until golden brown.
