Heat olive oil in a large skillet and saute garlic. Reduce heat and add cream cheese and allow to melt. Meanwhile, arrange artichoke hearts at the bottom of a casserole dish. Stir lemon juice and Parmesan cheese into cream cheese. Mix in spinach, and spread in casserole dish over artichoke hearts. Cover with panko crumbs. You may refrigerate for 2 days or freeze and thaw when ready to cook.
