Wonderful compliment to turkey or pork.Note: Soaking the raisins for several hours or overnight in either juice or rum adds a nice flavor. Also, original recipe called for sugar. I have made it using just regular Splenda, and I have made it using Splenda blend. To clarify, 1 cup of Splenda blend is equal to 2 cups sugar.
