Preheat oven to about 350-400 depending upon your oven (mine gets really hot so I put in on 350, my friends' doesnt, we do 425 at her house!) Lightly grease your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.Sift together the dry ingredients.... baking powder, sugar, flour, spices. Separately combine milk, oil, brown sugar and pumpkins then whisk or lightly blend until smooth.Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
