1.5 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbls poultry seasoning (optional)
1 cup butter
1.5 cup chicken stock/broth
1 cup chopped pecans
1 lb Jimi Dean Sausage (regular flavour)
Pam cooking spray

Here is how you make Cornbread Stuffing with Jimi Dean Sausage and Pecans:

Preheat oven to 350Spray 13x9 casserole pan with PamBrown 1 lb of Jimi Dean sausage, crumble finely while cooking, then drain. Saute onions and celery in 2 tbls of butter til transluscent. Add poultry seasoning to saute pan and cook for one minute more. Combine stuffing and vegetables with melted butter. Toss in nuts and sausage. Stir in broth gradually, lightly blend.
