1 cup chopped celery
1 cup Swanson's 99% Fat-Free Chicken Broth
4 tablespoons fresh ground sage

Here is how you make Sausage and Sage Dressing:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with fat-free cooking spray and set aside.Cut bread into cubes and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake approximately 10 minutes, or until toasted. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into a heavy skillet and cook thoroughly, until lightly browned. Drain, rinse, and set aside.Remove bread cubes from oven and reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees.Combine toasted bread cubes and sausage in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Mixture should be very moist, but not soggy. Stir in water as needed to reach this consistency.Lightly spray a 9-inch square casserole with fat-free cooking spray.
