1x 400g/14oz tin Black Eyed beans, drained and rinsed
50g/2oz Dried Green Lentils
1 Litre Marigold Swiss Vegetable Boullion

Serves Four as a Main Course1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan add the onion and garlic and saut? until soft and transparent.2. Add the chili and cumin to the pan and fry for 2 minutes then add the celery, carrot and capsicum, partially cover and cook for 10 minutes.3. Add the beans and lentils to the pan and mix well then pour in the stock and season to taste with salt and pepper.
