Here is how you make Edamame and Green Bean Omelet:

Chop beans & edamame. Stirfry in 1 tsp flax seed oil. Mix 3 egg whites, pepper, ginger, milk, and chili powder in a separate bowl.Use the second teaspoon of flax oil to grease the sauce pan for the eggs.Pour egg mix into sauce pan, let sizzle for a few minutes, add the chopped veggies.After a few minutes, break up the slice of cheese into 2 pieces, and then into smaller pieces so it's similar to shredded cheese. Put half the slice on top of the veggies in the pan.Let the cheese melt, and then flip the eggs into an omelet shape so that the veggies are inside the eggs. Add the rest of the cheese.
