Whiz together in food processor the beans, onion, oats, cumin, coriander and eggs. Place into large bowl and add the grated carrot and zucchini, then mix in the bread crumbs to form a moist but firm consistency. Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased medium heat frypan, spreading out to round shape. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes then turn and cook other side.
