This is my own version of a recipe I found on myrecipes.com The original is Barley, Black Beans and Corn Burritos if you want to look it up. After making the filling I realized it was very filling and better in a bowl. Also, it was way too spicy for my kids but my hubster and I loved it. It's very good topped with light sour cream and reduced fat sharp cheddar but I did not include those when figuring out the calories, fat etc...

1 clove garlic, minced
