1/4 cup all whites egg substitute
1 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened applesauce
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp sliced almonds, finely chopped

Here is how you make Cinnamon Swirl Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup splenda, almonds and cinnamon; set aside. In a large bowl, combine combine the remaining 1 cup splenda, flours, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute with a fork; stir in milk, oil and applesauce. Add egg mixture to flour mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture. Draw a wide rubber spatula down through the batter and up in a circular motion to marble.Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
