2 C whole wheat OR white all purpose flour

Here is how you make Breakfast puffs:

Preheat oven to 425. Grease muffin tins and place in oven to heat. Melt margarine. In small bowl mix eggs, milk and melted margarine. In medium bowl mix flour and salt together. Add the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until only just mixed. Spoon batter into heated tins until 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 325 and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, loosen with a knife and place on serving platter.
