2 Tbps all natural peanut butter
1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 tbsp. water

Here is how you make Healthy Protein Bar - No Bake Peanut Butter:

Mix all ingredientts but water, stir until uniform. Add only as much water as is needed to make it easy to spread. Pour into a 9x9 pan, and set in fridge for a few hours, will be ready to cut (or if you're like me it will still be pudding!) into 9 squares.
