1 pack extra firm tofu, patted dry and chopped into bite sized pieces
1 t preminced garlic
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 t Szechuan sauce
2 T soy sauce
3 T chunky peanut butter
1 t Sriracha chili sauce
Green onion and sesame seeds, for garnish

Here is how you make Spicy Peanut Butter Ramen Noodles with Tofu:

Combine soy sauce, peanut butter and chili sauce in a small bowl and set aside.Scramble your egg and chop it up into bite sized pieces. Set aside.Pour sesame oil into a skillet and cook tofu until it?s beginning to brown, for about 7 ? 10 minutes.Add garlic and onions and cook for an additional 5 minutes minutes, until tofu is golden brown and cooked through.Add egg back into the pan and pour Szechuan sauce over the mixture and let absorb for an additional 2 minutes.
