1/2 14 oz jar pizza sauce
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
20 grams grated parmesan cheese

Here is how you make whole wheat pizza, homemade, very easy:

In big bowl, mix 3 cups whole wheat flour with 1 and 1/2 tsp. yeast, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix well. Heat 1 cup water in glass measuring cup in microwave for 25 seconds. Add 1 tbsp. oil to it, and 1 tbsp. honey, and stir well. Add to flour mixture, stir well. Knead by hand for about 3 minutes. Shape into ball by folding dough around and down, and pushing into the center of bottom of dough ball. Let rise in bowl with a warm, moist cloth covering it for about 20 minutes. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray. Press dough into it, spreading it out to the edges with your hands. Top with pizza sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with mozzarella cheese.
