Here is how you make Thug Kitchen's Falafel:

Heat oven to 400. Prepare cookie sheet. Put cauliflower in food processor and whirl until it looks like rice. Set aside in a large bowl. Add chickpeas to food processor and blend until it's broken down and a bit sticky. Chop garlic (and onions, which I omitted) and add to cauliflower. Add seasoning, olive oil, and chickpeas to cauliflower and mix everything until you can form balls.Evenly space the falafel on the cookie sheet and place in oven for 15 minutes. Turn the falafel over so the other side gets brown. Bake for 10 minutes longer.
