Here is how you make Hakuna Frittata:

1. Preheat your oven to 350F. In a muffin pan, spritz a small amount of cooking spray into 7 of the muffin tins.2. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. Whisk vigorously until the mix is foamy. 3. Divide each of the veggies evenly among the 7 prepared muffin tins. Pour equal amounts of the egg mixture into each of the muffin tins. Use a fork to give each muffin tin a gentle stir and submerge all the fillings. Top each one with a pinch of shredded cheese. 4. Place the muffin pans in the oven, bake for approximately 15 minutes.
