Here is how you make Mini Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350 and coat 36 muffin cups with non stick spray.Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl. Add cheese, zucchini, bell pepper and onion; mix well. Spoon about 1 T. egg mixture into each muffin cup. Bake at 350 just until set about 10 - 13 minutes.
