Whisk egg whites, eggs, seasoning salt, and cheese. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an oven-safe saute pan with nonstick cooking spray and allow to get hot. Add the mushrooms and onions. Stir frequently for about 10 minutes or until cooked. Add the bell pepper and garlic. Stir for a few minutes or until the pepper is a little cooked.
