nonstick cooking spray or olive oil

Here is how you make No-Fail Grilled Tofu:

Slice the block of tofu into four pieces.Marinate the tofu in your choice of sauce or marinade for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Drain excess marinade from the tofu. Spritz the tofu on both sides with nonstick spray or brush on olive oil. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side. Serve immediately. NOTE: You will only use about half the marinade, so I calculated the nutrition info accordingly.Serving Size:?1 slice tofu (4 slices or 8 cubes per block)
