What Are The Ingredients For Italian Orzo with Collard Greens Recipe?

The ingredients for Italian Orzo with Collard Greens are:

1 cup uncooked orzo
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp dried italian herbs
4 tsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 bag of Natures Greens Collard Greens, 1 lb chopped and washed
1 large lemon juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

This recipe is best made in a non-stick pan. Cook Orzo in slightly salted water, add to boiling water and stir until cooked about 6 to 9 min. Turn off pot and set aside.

In another pot, non stick, add 4 tbs of olive oil and add the Collard Greens a bunch at a time, cook on medium heat, tossing to coat, continuing adding a small handful until all greens are coated and cooked. Saute for 10 minutes and add the garlic and tomatoes and lemon juice. Stir and continue cooking for additional 5 minutes. Add the Orzo after draining, stir into the pot with the greens and continue to cook on medium heat. Add the Parmesan cheese (optional) and stir again until mix together well. Best served hot from the stove, can be stored in closed container in the refrigerator overnight.

I use oregano and fresh basil as herbs, with a dash of crushed red pepper flakes to make it spicy.
