Place the gnocchi in a pot of salted, boiling water and cook according to package directions (this is usually 3-4 minutes or until gnocchi floats to the top).2. Bring another large saucepan of water to a boil. Add the kale, return to a boil, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Drain and firmly press out any excess water.3. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes, then stir in the artichokes, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional minute, then stir in the kale, lemon juice, and pine nuts. Set aside.4.
