1 Hot Red Cherry Pepper, seeded and cut into small dice, or 1/4 cup finely diced Sweet Red Pepper

Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a large skillet with a tight fitting lid. Add chopped kale and cook, covered, over high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender, approximately 5 mites. Remove and drain, saving the cooking liquid to drink.Rinse out and dry the skillet, then suit it to heat the olive oil over medium heat, tilting the pan to coat. Ad celery and state for 3 to 4 minutes.Stirn in garlic and red pepper (you can use sweet red pepper instead of the hot, about 1/4 cup). Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
