4 c beef broth
1 package mushrooms, slices
2.5 oz grated parmesan


How Do I Make Cheesy Red Wine and Mushroom Risotto?

Here is how you make Cheesy Red Wine and Mushroom Risotto:

In medium saucepan saute onions in 2 tbsp butter and olive oil. Add garlic once onions are clear. Brown rice in saucepan. Add wine and cool unil little to no liquid. Meanwhile, saute sliced mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter. Continue adding warm broth a little at a time waiting for most of it to absorb after each addition.
