Half of a green pepper, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of kale, chopped

8 eggs
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup of shredded cheese, mexican
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp tarragon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


How Do I Make Green Omelet?

Here is how you make Green Omelet:

Add the olive oil to a skillet on med-high heat. Add onion and green pepper to the skillet and saute for about 3-5 mins or till translucent. Add garlic, kale, and spinach and cook till the spinach and kale wilt. Whisk eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, tarragon, salt, and pepper together till frothy and golden yellow. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the skillet and turn down to med-low and cover pan with lid. Let this cook covered for about 10-12 mins until eggs are set(firm). Remove lid and add add cheese over top of omelet. Replace lid and let cheese melt, about additional minute.
