How Do I Make Blackberry Oat Pancakes?

Here is how you make Blackberry Oat Pancakes:

In a blender or food processer, combine oats, cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend of pulse until smooth. Gently stir in blackberries. Heat in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for 3 minutes, or until tops are covered with bubbles and edges looked cooked.
