In a large bowl, combine flours and salt. Add the yeast mixture and combine, then turn onto a lightly-floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes. Yes, this is a stiff dough! Allow it to rise in a warm place for about 90 minutes.Divide the dough into two and stretch to fit into 2 8-inch round cake pans.
