Stir to combine. Add salt, oil and water. Using paddle, mix well on low for two minutes. Switch to dough hook and add remaining flour gradually or enough till dough pulls away from sides of bowl and holds together well. Knead on med low for 2 more minutes. Remove dough. In a gas oven, move rack to top shelf, place pan of water on bottom shelf and preheat with pan to 400F. (Make sure the pan you are using has adequate air circulation all around the pan.
