How Do I Make Karen's Quick Pizza Dough?

Here is how you make Karen's Quick Pizza Dough:

Place sugar in warm water and dissolve. Add yeast to water and let proof (will be slightly foamy). Place flour in mixing bowl and top with olive oil. Mix on low speed while adding yeast mixture. Gradually increase mixer speed until a ball of dough forms. Remove dough and place in greased bowl. Let rise until double in size (about 15 minutes). Once doubled split dough in to two balls. Roll flat in to a pizza crust of desired size. Top with desired toppings.
