Here is how you make Quinoa Year-Round:

Toast dry quinoa (0.5 cups) with margarine butter (1 tsp) for 3 minutes until lightly toasted. It should give off a nutty smell and crackle slightly. Add in 1 cup of tap water, stir, and cover for 20 minutes. You may add a dash of salt if needed. Do not open cover. Simmer on low. Open cover after 20 minutes and fluff quinoa with a fork. Set aside. In a pot add in tomatoes, minced garlic, frozen spinach, and shredded carrot. Stir to even heat distribution. Add cayenne pepper for spice.
