Cook your quinoa. Drain and set aside to cool. Cut your strawberries and section your clementines and wash your bluberries. Whisk together the lemon juice and honey. Sometimes I add the juice of a clementine to this too. When quinoa is cooled, mix all ingredients except mint. Sprinkle mint over the dish and refrigerate for a few hours for best results.
