Chop the red bell pepper into bite sized pieces, then saute in 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Chop the tofu into bite-sized cubes. Mix the tofu, peppers, pasta, olives, artichoke hearts and feta in a large bowl. Make the dressing by mixing the remaining ingredients well in a small bowl. Add the dressing to the large bowl of ingredients and toss to coat.
