Pour hot water over TVP and allow to reconstitute.Fry TVP until desired doneness in skillet with spray. (I like mine almost crispy.) When done add other ingredients and heat until well mixed. If you like it thin, then you can add more water. This makes about enough for 1 pkg of Oscar Meyer low fat hot dogs. I then use 1/2 of an Arnold Sandwich Round instead of a bun and some relish.
