2 BOCA italian sausages
! Jar Trader Joes Organic Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 bay leaves
1/2 medium onion
Italian seasoning, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper to taste.

Here is how you make Meatless Spaghetti Sauce:

Cut up onion, garlic and italian sausage. Pour oil into a 3 quart pan and saute onion and garlic. Add italian sausage and saute until slightly brown. Add crumbles and continue to saute until meat is completely warmed through. Add jar of marinara sauce, ketchup, seasonings and bay leaves. Allow to simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
