*Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour, 1.5 cup
Nutritional Yeast, 1/4 cup
*Onion powder, 0.5 tsp

Here is how you make Seitan:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix the wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry and mix well. Knead in the bowl. Slice into 3 parts. In a large (4.5l) pan place water and, if wished, a little veggie stock. Add the gluten pieces and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat until it is barely simmering and simmer for 1 hour partially covered, turning the lumps of seitan over a few times. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely, still in the broth. Place seitan with broth in sealed containers and store in fridge (10 days) or freezer.Serving Size:?Makes 8 servings
