Combine dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, salt , baking powder) in bowl. Stir in enough milk to make dough fluffy. Add some parsley for color.Saute vegetables in oil/butter until tender. Add beans (rinsed); pour in broth and bring to boil. Drop TBLS sized dumpling into broth. Simmer covered 10 min.
