(add more water if the need arises) Add 2 cups shredded carrots, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 T cloves. When peas are soft, pour half the soup into a Vitamix or food processor. Process till smooth. Add to rest of soup. Enjoy with a piece of Ezekiel toast. Delicious!
