1 Tsp. dried oregano or 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh oregano
1/4 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

1. Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is tender, about 4 minutes.2. Stir spinach, cottage cheese, feta cheese, egg product, oregano and freshly ground black pepper. Add onions to spinach mixture. Spoon mixture into prepares pie plate.3.
