1/4 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning

Drain and press tofu. Once ready, cut into cubes and marinate in 2 Tbsp Zesty Italian Fat-Free dressing, 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce, and 1/4 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning.Cook pasta nests as directed on package.Meanwhile, heat skillet to med - med/high heat and sear the tofu, turning to brown each side.
