Let cool. Cook onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and saute for one minute. Add tomatoes, lentils. oregano, beef bouillion and crushed red pepper to taste. This may need water at this point - so add a cup or two. Keep an eye on it as it cooks..may need some water added throughout. In the last 10 minutes, add mushrooms. Cook for about 30 minutes total. Slice the squash and use forks to pull out the squash into spaghetti like strings. Mix with the sauce and enjoy!
