Mix first six ingredients and simmer on stove. Mix rest in a large bowl. Pour warm liquid onto oat mixture. Press onto a prayed rectangular large pan. Put in 300 degree oven 45 min (or until a little brown). Shut off oven and leave granola in overnight with oven door closed to dry out.
