1 1/2 C Garbanzo beans (chickpeas) rinsed
2 tsp olive oil
3 TBSP lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsely, chili powder, and mint to taste.

Here is how you make Tabbouleh:

Bring water to a boil. Add bulgur, remove from heat, cover and let stand until water is absorbed (25-30 min).Mix the veggies and garbanzo beans together. When bulgur is cooked add to mixture.
