Here is how you make Simple Tofu Scramble:

In a large skillet, heat the oil, and saute the onion for 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms and continue saut?ing for another 5 minutes. Add the cumin and oregano and saute for another couple of minutes. Drain the tofu and crumble into the pan. Tear the spinach into small pieces and add to the pan.
