Here is how you make Tomato, Onion, Basil Flatbread:

In food processor blend tomato, raisins and miso til smooth. Add onion, garlic and flax seed, process to very smooth. Stir in sunflower seed and chia seed. Cover cookie sheet with Parchment Paper ( do not use wax paper). Pour mixture and spread thin. Bake @ 250 for 1 hour, place second piece ofparchment on top, then second cookiesheet and flip. Peel off old parchment and slide on to first cookie sheet.
