Makes 2 servings.Mash chickpeas. Add Miracle Whip, sweet pickle relish and mix well. Salt & pepper to taste. Toast bread. Assemble sandwiches using half the mixture per sandwich.If you have a toaster oven, I recommend toasting the cheese to the bread to melt it a bit.
