1 c. Tomato sauce
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Heat olive oil over med-hi heat. Add onion and red pepper and saut? for a few minutes. Add the crumbled "meat" and stir until it is thawed. Mix grill seasoning, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce in a small bowl. Pour over the "meat" and veggies and stir well. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 min.
