2 oz canned mushrooms
1/4 cup broccoli florets (small)
1 large slice tomato, diced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp basil
1 slice fat free american cheese


How Do I Make Basil Garlic Veggie Omelette?

Here is how you make Basil Garlic Veggie Omelette:

1. In a small bowl whip together eggs, water, salt and pepper. Set aside.2. In a small saute pan, heat olive oil with garlic and basil, when heated (garlic will sizzle) add vegetables (tomato, broccoli and mushrooms). Turn heat to medium and stir vegetables frequently.3. While veggies are sauteeing heat omelette pan over medium high heat, spray with non stick cooking spray.4. When omelette pan is heated, turn the heat off of the vegetables but leave them on the stove to stay warm, pour prepared egg mixture into omelette pan and rotate as necessary so the eggs are even along the bottom. When the eggs have mostly set add the sauteed vegetables along 1/2 of the omelette, turn the heat down to medium or a little lower. When the egg is firm enough, fold the top of the omelette over the vegetables. Split the slice of cheese in half and place on top of the omelette to melt.
