How Do I Make Tempeh Veggie Stir-Fry?

Here is how you make Tempeh Veggie Stir-Fry:

1. Steam Tempeh cubes 5-10 mins over simmering water. While that is steaming, combine the minced garlic, 1 tbsp tamari and 2 tbsp water in a medium bowl. Add steamed Tempeh Cubes and marinate for at least 15 mins.2. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan, add carrots. If they start to stick ,add in water 1 tsp at a time. Stir-fry until carrots start to soften. Add asparagus. Stir-fry 2 mins. Add red pepper, snow peas and onions. Once it seems to be almost entirely cooked (carrots soft asparagus bright green), add in steamed Tempeh with sauce and minced ginger. Stir-fry for 2 more mins.3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, honey, water and cornstarch. Add to Stir-Fry and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened.Serve immediately.
